Curing Systems
Immediately after the application of a seam
protection layer of lacquer or powder coat, the
canbodies have to undergo a heat treatment. For
that purpose, they offer a gas operated, modular
heating system with automatic temperature
regulation and speed adjustable conveyor belt.
Thanks to an integrated fume extraction device,
their seam protection units guarantee a safe and
clean operating environment.

| Bodyformers |
|
Their fully automated
bodyformers combine several functions such as
parting, necking, flanging, curling, beading
and seaming in a single machine.
Bodyformers – built to customer specifications
– are offered by their Swiss plant in
Bergdietikon and by their affiliate company
Sabatier in France.

| Upgrades & Conversions |
|
Regardless of their proven
reliability, older welders are by far not as
economical and efficient as the latest
generation of our canbody welding machines.
Our standardized solutions for upgrades and
conversions lead to significant improvements
of the cost-effectiveness of the entire
production line.
The main areas to be converted are the machine
control units, the frequency converters, the
drives for OHC, main and wire as well as the
controlling and monitoring equipment.
Conversions and upgrades can be carried out
both on-site as well as in their own
facilities. Depending on their customer's
needs, they also offer customized conversions.
