For the packaging of long-life products
which are to meet exacting requirements
as regards quality, flavour and commercial
sterility, Stork has developed the aseptic
packaging line.
This aseptic packaging line handles both
coextrusion blowmoulded HDPE and PET bottles.
HDPE bottles can be produced using Stork
blowmoulding machines.
The product is UHT-sterilized in a Stork
Sterideal system. After this processing
stage and after bottle sterilization, the
bottles enter the aseptic filling machine,
where they are tested, opened and filled.
Filling is effected with the help of an
electromagnetic filling system. Still residing
in the sterile room, the bottles are each
sealed and/or capped.
