The Stork tubular heat exchanger is the most versatile unit on the market. The design of the Stork tubular flow processor consists of a helical configuration of concentric double-tube, triple-tube and/or multi-tube heat exchanger modules.

The tubular system can be used for sterilisation, pasteurisation, cooling, heating and heat generation.

Stork offers a range of rotary fillers for the high speed filling of bottles. Stork rotary fillers are equiped with either the weight, level or volumetric filling principle.

The range of weight fillers includes sanitary models for standard HTST-pasteurized products and ultraclean models for pasteurized products with extended shelf life. The electronic weight filling system ensures high-precision filling without any give away. For products containing particles Stork developed special seaveless valves.
 

Stork Hydromatic continuous sterilizers operate on the hydrostatic principle, with the pressure of saturated steam in the sterilizing zone balancing heads of water. The product in the containers is conveyed through the machine in carriers fitted between two endless stainless steel chains. An automatic feed system introduces the containers into the carriers.
