Chokes

FMC has a long and successful history of providing choke products for high-pressure, high-temperature, and critical-service applications worldwide. Positive and adjustable needle and seat chokes as well as cage chokes are available for virtually any application.

Chokes are available in all standard sizes and materials depending upon requirement. FMC's choke line is designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A, 17th edition.

Bottom Hole Test Adapters

FMC Tree Cap-Bottom Hole Test Adapters are installed on the top of Christmas trees to enable quick access to the tubing bore for bottom hole testing, installing back pressure valves, swabbing, or paraffin scraping.

All but dual tree caps have internal lift threads for installing the tree. Union caps are tapped for pressure gauges.

Tester/Lubricator Adapters

FMC's tester/lubricator adapters are quick-connection devices which can be installed on the bottom of tools such as bottom hole testers and lubricators allowing them to be mounted quickly to the tree in place of the wing-union and plug on the tree cap.

A variety of configurations exist to interface with various bottom hole test adapters and tree caps.

Bottom Hole Test Adapters

FMC supplies a complete range of tees and crosses covering all sizes and pressure ratings. Typically, tees and crosses are manufactured per the dimensions, pressure ratings and materials outlined in API Spec.6A. Custom designs are also available to accommodate variations in outlet configurations, special material requirements, sealing issues, high flow rates or interface with sensing and control equipment.
