Stork has developed a specific processing
system for pumpable food products consisting
particles. This Stork Sterifood system is
based on coiled double tube heat-exchangers,
named Sterideal, in which the product is
consistently pumped through the inner tube.
The Stork Sterifood system comes in several
executions each one designed for a specific
range of products such as pasta sauces,
infant foods, diced tomato, fruit sauces
or soups.
The system can be combined with an aseptic
filler and downstream equipment.
