Irregular Shaped Can Assembly Lines
With their "Squarepack" concept, they offer a
compact and modular system family for the
assembly of irregularly shaped cans ranging from
capacities of 0.2 up to 20 litres. The highly
felxible "Squarepack" assembly lines can be
easily added to our canbody welders and seam
protection units. Typical "Squarepack" lines
consist of a stretch former, a can erector, a
squeeze flanger, a seamer, a turn-over plus a
second squeeze flanger and seamer. Depending on
the size and design of the packagings, a
panelling machine as well as a testing unit can
be easily added to the line.

"Bodypack" assembly lines are
capable of performing all operations required
for the manufacturing of tapered or
cylindrical can bodies, such as body
expansion, various shapings and beadings. They
can also be used for the assembly of bottom
and top ends by means of seaming or for the
mounting of lids or handles. For each
production process, a variety of design are
available. |
